Choosing a Plan and Editing It

By default, all users start with a 30-day free trial of the Business Plan.
This gives them full access to our best version of 2Faktor, designed for the most secure shared account MFA.

Your selected plan determines:

The number of users you can manage
The number of 2FA tokens available for use.
Your access to advanced features for shared account MFA

To customize your plan:

1. Open the Settings menu by clicking the gear icon on the right side of the menu.

2. Click the pencil icon next to Organization Plan to open the subscription menu.

3. Choose your preferred plan: Free, Premium, or Business.

Selecting Monthly or Yearly will adjust your pricing accordingly.
Choosing Premium or Business will redirect you to the payment page for setup.
Selecting Free will downgrade your account, returning you to the home page.

What’s the difference between the Free, Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans?

Free Plan – Best for individuals trying out 2Faktor. Includes limited tokens and no MFA sharing capabilities.

Premium Plan – Ideal for users who need to share tokens with others. Offers unlimited tokens, sharing options, and enhanced collaboration features.

Business Plan – Designed for organizations managing multiple users and shared MFA access, with the highest sharing capabilities and advanced management and permissions options.

Enterprise Plan – A customized solution tailored to your needs, including all of the above, plus optional features like tracking code usage and account audit logs.
