Adding a Guest Viewer to your Organization

1. Open the Settings Menu and go to the Guest Tab.

2. Add their email address to invite the guest viewer.

3. Once the invite is accepted, they can view shared folders, but cannot edit or manage tokens.

The guest user will see an invite banner in their account, and will also receive an email from 2Faktor once the invite is sent.

Once they accept the invite, they can begin viewing the shared folders.

They will be able to view your organization in the dropdown, and access any folders you choose to share with them.

What is a Guest Viewer?

A guest viewer is an external user who has view-only access to shared folders within your organization and cannot edit or manage tokens.

Guest viewers can have any paid account tier, but they must be granted access to your organization to share MFA with your team.
